Returns Policy for Sprint
Sprint Returns Policy
At Sprint, we are committed to providing quality workwear and PPE products. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy makes it easy for you to return
items.
Eligibility for Returns:
1. Time Frame: You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same
condition as when you received them.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
4. Items marked as final sale.
5. Customised or personalised products.
6. Items that have been used or altered from their original condition.
7. Products that are not in their original packaging.
Return Process:
8. Request a Return: Email our customer service team at ppe@sprint-uk.com with
your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
9. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed
instructions on how to return the item.
10. Shipping: Pack the item securely, including the original packing slip. Ship the
package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on
our part.
Refunds:
11. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
12.Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
13. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in
their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for
the same product, please email us at ppe@sprint-uk.com with your order number and
details of the issue.
